Data controller
7Hudra (“we”). For any data request: privacy@7hudra.com.
What data we collect
Email and name (from sign-in), your BingX UID and a read-only API key (stored encrypted), payment history (via Whop) and technical/security logs. We collect strictly what is necessary (data minimization).
Legal basis
Performance of the contract (delivering purchased services), legal obligation (financial records) and consent (analytics cookies, processing BingX data).
Where it is stored
On infrastructure in the European Union. Secrets (the BingX API key) are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Transport is TLS-encrypted.
Processors (sub-processors)
Whop (payments), the EU hosting provider, the email provider. We have data processing agreements (DPAs) with each.
Your rights
Access, portability, erasure, rectification, restriction and objection. You can exercise them from your account (export & delete) or by writing to us. We respond within 30 days.
Retention
Personal data is kept while you have an account. Financial records are retained per tax obligations even after account deletion.
